ETERNITY FOREST
DESCRIPTION:
A classic cocktail rambles deep into a forest full of botanical flavours where aromas of juniper drift gently into eternity.
- 60ml Eternity Rare Grain Whisky
- 20g dried juniper berries
- 200ml water
- 200g caster sugar
- 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
- Wheat sticks
- Ice cubes
- Mix 20g of dried juniper berries and 200g of caster sugar with 200ml of water in a pan.
- Bring to a gentle boil and then turn off the heat leaving it to rest for about 60 minutes.
- Fine strain the mixture and press hard on the juniper berries to release additional flavour.
- Store the prepared mixture in an airtight container and then refrigerate.
- Add Eternity Rare Grain Whisky, juniper syrup and bitter into a mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the refrigerated mixture prepared earlier into the glass.
- Stir and garnish with juniper berries and a wheat stick.
ETERNITY WINTER
DESCRIPTION:
A toddy that cozies up with our wintriest brandy to warm the soul with a mix of sweet and spicy notes.
- 50ml Eternity Extra Old Reserve XO Brandy
- 75ml pressed apple juice
- 25ml citrus
- 1 dessert spoon honey (to taste)
- Clove studded orange wheels, cinnamon stick, and star anise, to garnish
- Pour the pressed apple juice and citrus into a saucepan. Add honey to taste for sweetness.
- Gently simmer the mixture on low heat making sure that it does not boil.
- Let the mixture cool completely.
- Pour Eternity Extra Old Reserve XO Brandy into a glass and add in the prepared mixture.
- Garnish with studded orange wheels, a cinnamon stick, and star anise.

A floral, citrusy sour where dreams of cherry blossoms in bloom meet the smooth and rich flavour of whisky.
- 40ml Tycoon Deluxe Grain Whisky
- 30ml yuzu puree
- 10ml cherry syrup
- Egg whites
- Ice cubes
- Edible flower
- Add Tycoon Deluxe Grain Whisky, yuzu puree, cherry syrup, and egg whites into a mixing glass.
- Shake vigorously with ice cubes added in.
- Double strain the mixture into a coupette.
- Garnish with edible flowers.

Blackberries and apples deliciously entwine in this hand-crafted sweet and fruity sour creation that is sure to amaze the senses.
- 50ml Amaze Luxury Grain Whisky
- 30ml raspberry puree
- 10ml citrus
- 45ml aquafaba / egg whites
- Sumac dust
- Ice cubes
- Pour Amaze Luxury Grain Whisky, raspberry puree, citrus, and aquafaba into a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Add ice cubes into a whisky glass.
- Fine strain the shaken mixture over the ice cubes allowing for a gentle layer of foam to form.
- Garnish with sumac dust.
OLD FASHIONED TYCOON

Our twist on the classic old fashioned combining smooth notes of sweet ginger lemon and silky vermouth to craft the ultimate melt-in-your-mouth cocktail.
- 45ml Tycoon Deluxe Whisky
- 7.5ml sweet vermouth
- 5ml gingerbread syrup
- 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
- Lemon twist to garnish
- Pour Tycoon Deluxe Whisky, sweet vermouth, gingerbread syrup, and bitters into a mixing glass.
- Add ice cubes and stir gently for a few moments.
- Strain into a chilled glass, over more ice cubes.
- Swirl to release flavours and add the lemon twist.
